  • Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and move trash to a central collection point each time.

  • Mop all hard floors

  • Vacuum carpets

  • Dust all furniture in offices

  • Clean window on entrance door

  • Clean & dust all horizontal surfaces including desk tops, file cabinets, computer monitors, windows sills, chairs, table pictures, etc

  • Clean kitchenette and break room area

  • Clean and disinfect restrooms

  • Mantain a clean and inviting entrance at all times

  • Clean and polish all drinking fountains 

 

NOTE: There may be some other areas that are not specified at this time, but may be added for the final agreement with no extra cost.
